Using the service
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Don't misuse the service — no automated extracting of listings, no reverse engineering, no attempting to disrupt the platform, and no using Art Futures for unlawful purposes.
Content
Art Futures aggregates opportunities from third parties — arts organisations, funding bodies, galleries, and residency programmes. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but always verify deadlines, eligibility, and details with the original source before applying.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us straight away at hello@artfutures.ie if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The Art Futures name, logo, design, software, and editorial content are owned by Art Futures. You retain ownership of anything you submit through the app — opportunity listings, profile information, or feedback — but you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the service.
Liability
Art Futures is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly and accurately, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from missed deadlines, third-party content, or service downtime.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the app or by email before they take effect.
