We collect the minimum we need to run the service, never sell your data, and give you full control over what's stored.
What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to provide when you create an Art Futures account.
Usage data. Which opportunities you save, search terms, filters applied, and basic engagement signals that help us improve recommendations.
Device data. Device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and approximate region, collected via Sentry and PostHog.
How we use it
To operate the service. Authenticate your account, sync your saved opportunities across devices, and surface relevant content.
To communicate. Send transactional emails (account, billing, security) and — only if you've opted in — newsletters and digest updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve. Diagnose bugs, measure feature usage, and refine the discovery algorithm.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the processors that make Art Futures work — hosting (Supabase), payments (RevenueCat), analytics, and crash reporting — under strict data-protection agreements.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@artfutures.ie and we'll respond within 30 days.
